Cars have completely changed the modern world and have given people the freedom to travel wherever they want to go and cover long distances very quickly.

There are lots of different types of cars. Small cars are good for short journeys and are easier to park in small spaces. Sedans on the other hand are more comfortable for long journeys. Sports car are small, fast and fun to drive.   There are also off-road vehicles, or “four-by-fours” which travels well in muddy, rough grounds. In addition, there are modern super cars that are amazingly fast and expensive. The mightiest cars of all are racecars, dragster and jet cars, which have set very high speed records.

But to make a car work, you need fuel. Fuels are chemical substances which may be burned in oxygen to generate heat. Fuels mainly consist of carbon and hydrogen and sometimes a small amount of sulfur or minerals.

There are solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. Coal is an example of a solid fuel. Petroleum oils are usually a mixture of several liquid fuels. Gaseous fuels may be a mixture of gases such as methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6) and so on.

Aside from fuel you also need petrol to run your cars. Gasoline, or petrol, is a petroleum-derived liquid mixture which is primarily used as a fuel in internal combustion engines of cars.

Petrol is mostly composed of aliphatic hydrocarbons which can be obtained through fractional distillation of petroleum. It is normally enhanced with iso-octane or the aromatic hydrocarbons toluene and benzene.  As such the Petrol’s octane rating increases.

Any business that is related to cars and petrol or fuel is a sure success when done right.  In car and fuel business, one is sure to increase wealth and income as people will always treat cars as a necessity in transporting people from one place to another.
