Sydney Motorcycle Show

The Sydney Motorcycle Show 2007 was held in November at Sydney Showground, Olympic Park, Homebush. This venue is well suited to the carnival atmosphere of a Motorcycle Show, providing ideal opportunity for external action attractions such as freestyle aerial displays, stunt riding, junior mini-bike events and test rides for new models.

A number of new models from the world’s leading manufacturers were unveiled at selected times throughout the Show capturing the attention of crowds of road and off-road riding enthusiasts. Aftermarket and accessories exhibitors provided displays of the latest model helmets and protective clothing for both road and off-road motorcycle riding. Tour companies operating motorcycle tours in Australia, Europe, New Zealand and India also stimulated interest with Show visitors.

With 28,073 visitors over the three days, the 2007 Show achieved an increase of around 13 per cent on the previous year’s attendance.
